This place is heaven for Vegan Food Enthusiasts. This place has a lot of options for people on healthy diet and looking to avoid gluten. Quinoa avocado bhel is a must try. And if you really want a guilt free indulgence try mac n cheese, they use cashew milk to make cheese and it tastes too good. Also the Mexican bowl is amazing. The ambience is really nice. The servers there know their menu well. All in all a must visit.

Mezze platter : We fall in love with the platter Beautifully presented with 4 types of creamy hummus Classic, Beetroot, Spinach & Harissa with quinoa tabouleh, baked falafel, Zatar sweet potato picked vegetables and pita 2. Lavender Hibiscus & Rose Cooler : What a beautiful combination! It tasted super refreshing and their all the coolers are made with Jaggery 3. The Pepper Pesto Pizza: You definitely try this If you are big faaan of thin crust pizza Tasty pizza with loads of toppings like Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Onions, Black Olives, Basil, Mushroom and Red Pepper Pesto 4. Chocolate Hazelnut Pull Me Up Cake : OMG! One of the beautiful yummy gooey cake we had! This was presented so well that we still can't get over it... 5. Mango Smoothie : It's the Mango season and how can we forget to try some amazing mango dishes.. Mango Smoothie is one of them Super thick with fresh seeds and toppings 6. Sol' Extravaganza Wrap : Served in a whole wheat base with a side of baked sweet potato fries This wrap was fully loaded and consists of paneer, sauted Vegetables, baked potato fries, hummus and Harissa spread Visit them and eat guilt free! With beautiful ambiance, service and delicious food you are surely gonna have the best time..

It is magnificent and not just by a word but by the offerings / intentions behind this cafe. My first time to dine in such a pure Vegan Cafe @seedsoflife_mumbai . It was the shining, vibrant. I checked in Juhu outlet. It was packed when I reached at 1 pm. Had to wait for 20 minutes which I never mind. Though it's around approx 50 to 60 seater max, this place stand out in terms of ambiance, food and variations. Beautiful flowersome decoration, sculpted windows a perfect dining place whether it's quick bites, cafe or a hardy meal. From Children to Old age @seedsoflife_mumbai will take care of it. Menu looks precise, nothing overdone and good that they gave explanation in menu. Staff has knowledge about the dish and will certainly help you to select the best. Ingredients used are fresh, they cooked everything from scratch once order received. You may have to wait but that's worth it. I ordered following - Galaxy ode it was a mocktail. Tangy, sweet, lightly fizzy too. Had a nice cranberry taste to it. Blue pee ice elevated the flavor as well. Pulled Jackfruit Burger - Bun was extremely soft and dense. Whole wheat bun was used. Patty stuffed with spices specially mashed ones immediately melted in mouth. Tangy avacado gave nice contrasting taste, onions and tomatoes played a good role too. Cheesy juicy andb was definitely heavier side. Green Thai Curry Bowl - Curry was rich and packed with lot of herbs. Little bit on sweeter side, nice crunch from vegetables. Rice was nicely cooked with bottom rice grains soaked up in curry. Ocean Smoothie Bowl - This was a game changer I believe. Extremely thick and that was like a hardy porridge. You feel you are done by one bowl. Extremely healthy too. Do ask for this. Don't miss out. In desserts I ordered Carrot cake and Double Chocolate cookie which was not overly sweet. Nice balance of sweetness. Again both were extremely dense. I am done with it. Pure Joy. Though initially I thought I may need couple of more dishes to order. I stopped after Smoothie Bowl. It was a best experience to remember. A perfect Vegan place you don't want to miss out.

The cafe is easy to find due to the prime location, and it's spacious. You can have your own space and a perfect time with your loved ones. The staff is very generous and deliver your items on time. The menu is purely vegan, and there is a lot to try from the food menu. We started with a Cucumber Mint Cooler accompanied by the tasty Pepper Pesto pizza. For the mains, we had Mushroom Stroganoff which was so creamy and delicious. We ended on a happy note with the Chocolate Pull-Over cake for dessert. The Seeds Of Life brings you good food under your budget. So, never run out of options when you have a vegan cafe like this.

Very less often do you find a place with an amalgamation of soothing ambiance and perfect healthy good food & when you do find one such place, you know you're up for a treat without guilt! Yes, without guilt because Seeds of Life menu is based on Vegan Healthy Food! Coming back to the ambiance part, S.O.L Juhu is a very instagrammable attractive looking place, interiors are so nicely done with beautiful soothing lightings and comfortable seats. Exteriors can be bit tricky as place is shared with Di Bella at bottom. Their menu is scattered across various sections like Mains, Burgers, Pizzas, Pastas etc. These sections all sound unhealthy but thanks to S.O.L curated vegan menu it all looks so delicious and sounded amazing. Never knew vegan food could have so much variety?! So we started off with Avo Boat & Fala Fel for You Sandwich. Again just like place both dishes looked soo pretty and picture worthy. Avo boat came in with big chunk of avo topped with beet hummus and coupled with bread sticks! What a winner combo and amazing tasty dish! Falafel sandwich was also as expected, very nicely prepared. Falafel was crunchy and gave perfect bite. Sweet Potato sides were extraordinary and healthy tasty alternative. Then, ordered Mushroom Truffle Pizza which was overloaded with mushrooms (would be an understatement). It is just perfect for Mushroom lovers. Truffle oil kick is perfect complement to this topping amd amazing crunchy base! For mains, we ordered Lebanese Bowl which was such a pretty looking bowl having so many different colours and textures together. Couscous to my surprise turned out to be my favourite! Falafel and hummus were again unbeatable combo. Overall very filling meal. & we saved the guilt for the end, ordered their Chocolate Hazlenut Pullup which was the highlight of the day!!!! It was one of the best ever desserts i had. And to think that it was vegan just blows my mind!!! Sooo soo good! Each bite is a chocolate explosion in mouth. Overall my first experience at S.O.L has been nothing short of perfect! I came here not sure how vegan food would taste like, but came out as a vegan food lover!!! Just coming here asap for Pullup cake and to try more few dishes! & special kudos to Eshaan for recommending the dishes. Cheers guys! Love the experience

Seeds of Life serves nutritious, healthy, fresh, plant-based delicious innovative meals. Juhu outlet has started from September, 2021. Total numbers of covers - 40 Valet parking facility available. Timing - 12pm - 11pm Seeds of Life, Juhu is the right place for the foodies who love to enjoy guilt-free delicious dishes. We have ordered - Avo Boat - a delicious starter with fresh avocado and beetroot hummus. Mushroom melt sandwich - Loved this hard toasted sour dough bread sandwich with sauteed mushrooms with cheddar cheese. Acai Bowl - Acai Bowl is a cold smoothie bowl prepared with acai, mixed berries, pineapple, banana and almond milk. Loved the thick texture and yummy taste. Srilankan Tofu curry - Srilankan style tofu curry is served with coconut rice. Rich chocolate cake - Delicious sugar-free dark chocolate cake. Ultimate banan split - Banana split is served with Belgium dark chocolate, Avocado pistachio, and vanilla ice-cream scoops. Kartik is very helpful staff, took our orders and served us food. A great experience for me.

Heard about this place, finally decided to give it a try. You enter and you feel you've entered a completely different zone, gives you the vibe of being vegan straight up with the plants all around and all the green colors. Food: 3.5/5 Portion sizes are good. The taste is a little hard to accept since you're not used to eating vegan, it's as close to the original taste but there's a slight difference. Absolutely loved the Asian bowl, Mexican Bowl and the spaghetti Aglio Olio. Mint Iced Tea was great. Guacamole on Toast was pretty okay. The chocolate banana shake was alright too. Pizza was good, but it felt like eating Khakhra with toppings, nice way to cut down on calories tasted good, but doesn't give you the pizza feel. Service: 4/5 Attentive staff. Value for Money: 3.5/5 Overall a good experience, should visit once for sure.

This place truly makes the healthy dining experience, yummy in an exceptional way. The ambience is soothing and has a refreshing appeal. Coming to the drinks and food that we tried, DRINKS- Galaxy Ade Jimmy's Masala lemonade Both the drinks were refreshing and a good detox start to our meal. FOOD 1. Don't Kale my Vibe A lovely salad, with kale, quinoa, peppers, fruits like apple and pineapple, almonds in a mustard vinaigrette dressing 2. Mezze platter If you like this Mediterranean dish, then you are ought to try this healthy version. You have four types of hummus, quinoa tabouleh, crispy pita, baked falafel, it's so filling and healthy 3. Mexican Bowl Mexican rice served with guacamole, sauteed veggies and mushroom, mashed sweet potato served with the house salad It's flavourful and delicious 4. Hazelnut Pull up cake Well they definitely have some amazing dessert options that are healthy and also a sinful delight. It's a place you should definitely try once and you'll definitely keep going for when you need that healthy detoxification. Highly recommended
