Dear Sir/Madam I like to inform you,your hospital Nurses and Bill counter people is not responding properly...I have wait almost 3 to 4 hours for final bill and discharge summary,,,i know it's take time but on last day only we discharge and we went to house on next day I visited hospital still that time it's not ready for all those things,This is private sector Hospital not Government hospital your staff 60% people act like that.... This is not complaint,your people give proper service to Public... Hospital industry also so much compition is there in market so please aware for your manegement and Staff... And one more thing in your hospital security and operations staff is good and they so much help,give service properly. . thank you...

Terrible! Don't step in here, for any reasons. No basic infrastructure. No lifts. Chaotic environment with below average and sub standard nurses and attendants. Doctors are fine, but they visit 'rarely'.

Its great plessure to our self we have admitted my mother for respiratory (wiezing problems )and doctor karthik udupa such a good person started immediate treatment Staffs like nurse and house keeping also well maintain good

Highly recommend Dr Devika Janardan if you are looking for best gynaecologist in and around Mysore... she was so patient and calm during the labour which helped me in staying positive .

Treatment wise : The Hospital is good but they charge a bit higher. There's a nexus for medicene between pharmacy and staff. That's why they have mentioned "outside medicine not allowed " They will prescribe double than required for patient. That's the worst thing I hate. I have my own medical. Room : Rooms are quite old but manageable. Ground staff: They don't have basic knowledge also. They gave ornim and metrolgyl inj for my wife at the same time which are both same. Doctor scolded them afterwards. House keeping : Cleaning wise is the best thing here.. Every 4-5 they wil clean your rooms and floor. Location wise: Its very convenient in the center of the city. A lot can be improved including the medicine nexus.

The front office staff are v rude and even post surgery patients appointment by call is difficult to correspond to them...the front office staff shud be trained ....and arrogance be avioded ...these people don't even talk properly when called for appointments ...

There is no time for any of the doctor to visit. Hospital staff is pathetic they blindly ask you to come 3 hours early and wait. When asked they say we have no idea when doctor is coming. People come with pain and other issues you guys make fun of those people. Your not giving treatment for free. We are paying for the services offered. We understand if doctor is late. But atleast have the basic communication with patients. Worst staff ever.
