The reputation that your hospital has, it's not serving the good service here. We are not blaming the doctors, all the doctors are highly serving well. But the workers here are not doing their duties. *The cleanliness is compromised with the amount we pay for the service here * All are busy with their mobiles in their duty hours *No proper guidance to the visitors & they do have personal discussions over family & silly matters. *lack of professionalism. *Ventilation problems. *Filtered water problems. *Confusion over changing wards & extra charges. *Workers do not respect the patient's family & their emotions. *We least can expect is silence in each floors not the disputes among them. * The fame that the hospital has is being tampered by the workers. * Please give respect to all as the patient's family is expecting only their recovery & they even paying for it. * visitors are not even allowed to walk in the respective floors, how can 1 sit all day in waiting areas ? The gaurd from the first floor will tell the 3rd floor visitors not to walk on the 2 floor nurse's command. Is it how the work goes on ? Ask your worker *Mr.Mahantesh Nelakki.* * On bringing this to the notice the authorities say the receptionist may be terrified. With patients we come here for the treatment, not to commit any crimes, one must trust this process. *Except for surgeons nobody is fit to work in this hospital. *Those who doesn't know the simple calculation are making the entire billing. *Overall a heart wrenching service from a reputative hospital Saying development on one side and destroying on the other side is not how it should be. Don't confuse the people over small things.

Visited here for a relative's surgery. End to end experience was good. Dr. Sharat Vijapur was very prompt in carrying out the operation. The staff are well mannered. Cleanliness is good, but can be the best.

I recently had a positive experience at Secure Hospital in Hubli. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and compassion throughout my visit. Experience was quite good.. Staff members and doctors are very polite and caring. One thing I would like to suggest. A little more training is needed to get your hospital HR staff up to work speed.

Overall experience was very good. Doctors, Nurses and Wars Boy and every staff is very kind.. They took the very good care of my mother and she was very happy with the kindness she received during her treatment. Suggestion: Have to reduce the TAT for admission and discharge.

Doctors are very good. But management should provide basic needs such as good drinking water facility. Dummy filter machine installed, it impacts the reputation of hospital( insecure) we are surprised to see such a lack of responsibility. Already most of the reviews explained about improvement requirements. Kindly consider reviews to fix basic necessities first instead of asking to provide new reviews. Hope Secure will be more Secured hospital in coming days.

The services given by staff, duty doctors, sisters and other people was good and satisfying, they gave proper care and communicated with patient well and gave good approach. The Hospital was kept clean from time to time monitored and periodic check was also done. Overall a good hospital to consider.
