It's a new mall and many retail spaces are empty but will get filled in a year or two. There's a food court at the top, and outlets like KFC and pizza hut on the first floor. Except for Nesto, the mall felt empty.

Its a newly opened mall in kannur. Comparing to other malls in kannur its the largest mall in kannur. There is a hypermarket inside the mall. Parking area is better than capital mall in kannur. Staffs and securities are nice and well trained. This is just 10 minutes away from kannur town. Parking is not free, they charge 20 Rupees. Its a bad thing from this mall.

The mall is located near thaze chovva railway gate. Parking will be the main issue. Everyone trying to park their vehicles on the roadside and it leads to heavy traffic block infront of the mall. Even though there is dedicated parking inside customers are not using it properly. Some outlets are not opened inside the mall. It will be over crowded in weekends.
