You'll love this park it has gym, cycling track swings, seasaw and a lot for kids to enjoy. There's a lot greenry and vast park.
If you are going their with small children with purpose of entertaining them with rides (swings, slides etc.), it was a disappointment. The rides were in broken state and dirty too. For other purposes, it was good whether you are going their for cardio exercises or general walk, I found the grounds well-maintained. The park with rides is 93-A. 108 doesn't have any rides AFAIK.
It's a good park for children where they can get the visual information of traffic rules and sign boards. Though it's not properly maintained, it's good to go..
