Quite good park for morning walk and excercise, There is green grass, green plants and pedastial way but normal excercise machines and equipments are available. Has a jogging track which is usually full of people during early morning and evenings. Great place for people finding grass to walk on and health conscious people. Parking is not available.

As per the area, this park is good and enough to morning walk and running ,yoga . Opening time of Park on 5 AM to 9:45 AM and evening 5 PM to 9 PM.. come with your friends and family. Enjoy a good time there. Also open gym facilities available.

Such a lot of wonderful and so amazing park...its maintains is wonder..gym exercise equipment is available in park..etc..one of the place where to go all sector 1 to 12 belong people come

Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter where a boy stole petrol from my bike. Hence, I would advise bringing a bike at your own discretion, as safety may be a concern in this area. One positive aspect of this park is that there are no entry fees, allowing visitors to enjoy the amenities without any additional cost. Water is readily available within the park, ensuring hydration is easily accessible. The presence of benches provides a convenient resting spot for visitors to relax and take in the surroundings. However, during my visit, I noticed that the toilets were not open, and I cannot provide further comment on their condition. Additionally, it is worth noting that there is a wide variety of street food options available nearby, offering a diverse culinary experience. Sector 1 Central Park also offers an open gym facility, catering to fitness enthusiasts. Moreover, there is a separate zone dedicated to females and kids, ensuring their comfort and safety within the park premises. The cleanliness of the park is commendable, with efforts made to maintain a tidy environment. On the downside, I observed that the grass in certain areas was not level, which may affect the overall aesthetic appeal of the park. Furthermore, it is important to mention that there is no camera surveillance in place, which may be a concern for some visitors. To summarize, Sector 1 Central Park offers free entry, water availability, benches for relaxation, an open gym, and a dedicated area for females and kids. However, precautions should be taken regarding personal belongings and bike safety. While the park is generally clean, there are areas where the grass does not appear level.
