A really good Gym in Noida region. I haven't come across a better one. The latest machines along with certified trainers makes it indeed a second home for most fitness enthusiasts. Gym interior is good. Have modern gym equipment. But maintenance is poor. Trainers are not well trained. Always 2-3 equipments are under maintenance. Music system is poor.
The name suggests, its like a second home. It has a gym, salon and restaurant. Gym has good machines, nice and friendly trainers and they play good music. Salon services are awesome. The packages they offer are really affordable. Restaurant serves food till 12Am in the night. The best you can get at that time. Thums up.
Gym is very spacious with well versed equipments for all body parts! Separate sections for cardio, weight training and group activities is one thing that catches everyone's eyes!! Offers a complete lifestyle along with great trainers and support staff! One of the best fitness hub across Noida!
The services provided by saloon are really good specially the packages. Value for money! The gym is also very spacious and they have good equipments as well.

Have been to this gym, for 4 months + , from my personal experience one of the best gym in that area...ventilation and ambience is very good.. Pradeep bhaiya ( Gym owner/ trainer) is very humble person and well experienced in his field.
