Seclude Ramgarh, Cliff's Edge - Villa in Ramgarh, Bhowali Range - Nainital, India

We recently went to spend 3 nights at Seclude's cliffedge property. We stayed at the Grishm room and it was really awesome. There is nothing to fault in the service and the room itself was huge and perfect in every respect. The scenic view from the room is beyond beautiful and the projector inside is so well thought off. If I really have to nitpick, it would be the fact that the kitchen was next to our balcony so the staff was hanging around there. Wasnt so bad for us, it meant they were a call away but for some people it may be bothersome for privacy.

The place is Average and accessibility is an issue. The room service is good and prompt. However the choice of menu is less. The staff was courteous and polite. It wasn't exactly as grand or picturesque as hoped so little disappointing. Overall it was an decent experience.

It was an amazing stay at Seclude cliff's Edge .. The resort was at very beautiful location , Our stay was so comfortable and pleasant . We stayed in Vasant room ,The room was so clean and organised . Food of resort was good , specially the poori Bhaji in breakfast . Resort staff was so helpful and interacting .I would also recommend my friends and family to plan for a stay at Seclude Cliff's Edge . I give 5 stars for everything . #Amazing_Stay

Highly recommend property One of the best service of staff. Very helpful. Ramgarh is known for orchards. And this resort has many fruits trees right in front of your room and you are free to eat as much as u can. As the name suggests its right on the cliff with each room having a view of valleys and mountains and with a balcony. Food is good. They have separate areas for Bon fire which is chargeable. They even served one of the best barbecues. Only drawback is resort is quite small with no kids area. Otherwise it's a definitive gem for a person visiting khumaon range!

It seems worthless of every single penny . There is no cleanness in the rooms . Moreover the taste was very bad of chicken tikka as a result we had to make chicken by ourself . When i saw the picture we saw gardens over here and in reality there is very small shared balcony and with no garden . Seclude is totally stealing money from the customers wallet.

I had booked Seclude Paradale and Cliff Edge, but i am very disappointed with the service and overall experience we had in Cliff Edge. Here are the reason below. 1. The food and beverage team was untrained and unpleasant. 2. Team had a habbit of leaving dirty crockery overnight which lead to restaurant stink at the time of breakfast ( this was the case both days ) and due to same i took my breakfast in room today. Even the floor had food left over which was not picked of previous days. 3. No sense of hospitality- One of the guest asked for fruits and when they ask the team to cut - there answer was - ye cut nahi hote. 4. There was no fruits in breakfast today- I am unable to understand, this is basic inclusion in breakfast and considering the price you are charging - this is unacceptable. 5. I checked out of Paradale on Sunday and kept my luggage at reception of cliff edge as suggested by team since the Kartik room was not ready- i was ok with them and team assured they will shift once the room is ready. I reached room after a city tour in evening at 7pm and till them my luggage was at Reception which is mostly unmanned since it is away from rooms. Low responsibility, casual attitude and ownership missing. Overall a very poor experience and wont recommend Seclude Properties or may be only Cliff since Paradale was better.

Location and rooms is very good and clean but food is not good Indian food is worst and chapatis is not baked properly ... If you want Chinese food it's so so For foodies people it's not good place like me... disappointed

Such a delight to be here! No words can describe the amazing location! So picturesque. Then the rooms with the view!! Couldn't have asked for more !! To top it all - the most amazing spread !
