Most 3Rd class hospital I have ever seen. customer service is very worst 31St October we going to consult Dr. G.K. Dhali we pay fees online our payment shows successful but they said they didn't get payment after that we pay cash and they said they back payment after getting the payment account 72hrs now they don't receive phone if they receive said that the man who was on charge is not coming it's not about the money only it's called cheating so be careful and think before go to this hospital I will never ever go definitely

We went there to consult Dr. GK Dhali for gastro for my mother in law but never seen such an inhuman doctor ever. He was rude, he was incompetent. He did not even listen to the patient's problem properly and was charging us 700rs for his visit. The authority at Seba hospital mentioned that he had no time. Such unprofessional behaviour and allowing such inhuman frauds to run the hospital. A complete no for the doctor. He is a complete waste of time.

The hospital has very good orthopaedic surgeons with great facilities and services, I feel it's one of the best hospital for orthopaedic surgery. We have consulted Dr Joydeep Banerjee Chowdhury and he did excellent surgery, healing was very quick.

Besides Bidhannagar Subdivisonal Hospital. Behaviour of all staff's are very good and all are cooperative. Thanks all of them for theirs services.

Disgusting place with crook doctors and staff who are busy in gossiping only. They refused to admit a burn victim. According to govt rules hospital is supposed to admit a patient first. I heard they were doing the same with another patient few months ago. Better to go to reliable multispecialities than this horrible place.

Compare to other Govt. Hospitals this Hospital is Much better. There is a proper System.

A few days back , I took alongwith my grand son for purpose of getting him vaccinated. At the first instance,I was puzzled a little, for I thought as I have reached to a nursing home mistakenly .It was so neat& clean place.People on duty we're smart .I got my grandson vaccinated comfortably.I wondered . Government hospitals have changed so nicely.I wanted to thank somebody, but controlled my imotion& came back.I must thank the hospital authority.
