seaway's inn homestay - Home Stay in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Stayed for 2.5 days. Rooms are clean. Common areas such as the terrace are very tidy. Rooms and the property is a bit small, but value for the price we pay. Good Wifi available The host is kind and friendly. He helped us in arranging the scooty and have us general tips which helped us in our travel.

I was a travelling alone. I found the room to be pretty clean and comfortable. I liked the location and most importantly I felt safe. I found the host to be a warm welcoming person.

It's my second visit to Kochi and as a tourist, it was one of my best experiences with Sea way's Inn. We stayed for over 2 weeks during Christmas & New Year 2021. Feroz bhai, the host, has an excellent personality. He was very welcoming towards the guests. Rooms and linen were very clean. It's best for couples and families, although all types of guests are welcomed. There's fairly equipped kitchen and spacious hangout area. It's good for people who want to Work for sometime. Also it's just 5.min walk away from the beach and all attractions are nearby. Would surely recommend my friends.

Recommeded for staying in fort cochin. Pros 1. Nice location, a number of good places like the church in walkable distance. 2. professional & helping host, he had to sacrifice his sleep and get up @5am to check me in. 3.reasonable price. 4. Clean room and bath room Areas of improvement 1. A little bit of maintenance needed (bathroom shower was not perfect but working, room painting) 2. A very few breakfast options in this area, that too if you prefer indian cuisine

I would like to say that if you visit Cochin you have to stay near the Fort Road, and if you are staying at Fort Road you must visit this place. I met Firoz and he left me a great first impression and I decided to stay at his Inn. Which is a beautiful place with all the necessary amenities in perfect condition. And the place is kept very neat and clean for our convenience. Firoz is such a friendly person that he instantly makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend fellow travellers to stay here as the place is in great location around the most happening part of the city. Love and Respect !!

Accurately budgeted for such location and the provided amenities. main attractions are at walkable distance. Opt only for a shortest stay purpose. Clean rooms with towels, soap and sheet blanket. No hot water was available.

This was a cosy little space with a beautiful covered terrace. The rooms were small but the terrace was the beautiful space to chill and have a private time. Mr.Firoz was a very humble person who guided us about the places that we could visit nearby and also about the food joints. We felt like home, we dint feel like a hotel , we had the kitchen and the terrace. Amazing palce ! Contact firoz ans you get a good cheap/ bugjet room .all places near you even the beverages shop ! IF UR THINKING FORT KOCHI THEN this is a place !to NEVER MISS !

Stayed at Seaway's Inn for 5 days and the stay was super comfortable as if it's home. Located at a peaceful locality 5 mins away from the Sea and stone throw distance from Restaurants and cafes. Firoz is a wonderful human, who would guide you through thoroughly during your stay. If you're planning to stay in Fort Kochi then Seaway's Inn is that place you should go for. And I'm surely coming to Kochi again:))
