Rooms are spacious. But not clean. Horrible to stay there. Not suitable for family. Washrooms are dirty and smelly. Window curtains are very dirty.
Very bad experience, don't choose this hotel at any cost. No geyser, no room service, third class manager. Even denied to give water. Stay at another hotel not this one.

Worst place to stay.... I went to stay in this hotel with family and unfortunately I felt this as the WORST hotel which I stayed ever. 1. No power back up. We booked a AC room and frequently there was power failure (atleast for 30 mins per failure). When asked about the power backup they were saying it's out of their hand (am not sure then why they are taking the amount from us). This happened even in the mid night and none of us were able to sleep. 2. While check-in they promised for room service and again this was a failure. No room service was done. When enquired about this, I came to know the so called room boy was just playing with us!3. Worst in the cleanliness. Bathroom was too bad to use. There were no proper charging points (not even a proper working switch board), no drawer, and a stinky cupboard. Am totally unhappy with this stay and i strongly recommend others NOT to choose this hotel (I swear this will be the worst place to stay) I really wish to give less rating than a 1 star (unfortunately no option for zero star/worst option available in the ratings)
Hotel has both staying and restaurant facilities. Food was average and highly priced . It enjoys an excellent location and rooms were decent enough . Definitely recommended.
pros- 1. room size is bit large(for triple occupancy room). Outside views from front rooms are good. 2. great sun rise view and sun set view from terrace of hotel 3. located within 100m of kanyakumari bus stand. 4. sun rise point is @1km towards east (from hotel) and sun set point is @1.5km towards west from hotel. Hotel is in front of road. small but good parking facility 5. they arrange half day kanyakumari tours for you with 200rs per head. cons- 1. no hot water (they have solar system. as per them, hot water will be there between 6 am to 7.30 am). But, it's not hot and not cold water during that time slot too. 2. I booked 2 rooms for 3 days. they should clean room at least after 1 or 2 days. There is bit scope of improvement in cleanliness/maintenance. Washroom is not up to mark. few things(toilet gun pipe broken) were not working in one of the room out of two.
Located just near the four way ,the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facility . when i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)
