The service of this hotel is pathetic. Yesterday morning I found a strand of hair in paratha. Their food taste is sub par, but they charge like heavily for the rubbish they provide. The service is extremely slow, and the restaurant manager missed out an item from my order, upon my enquiry the manager had no answer. I am extremely disappointed with the restaurant service. This hotel is not worth its ratings. Secondly the room hot water supply is very poor, even when I turn the hot water knob to max the temperature of water is lukewarm at best.
1. Season hotel..away from Rajkot city...nothing is nearby. Although the hotel provides complimentary service to drop at the highway. 2. Restaurants on the first floor have 6 course meals only. 3. Breakfast was good. Lots of options..gujrati live counters..the thepla, gutia, jalebi..etc 4. Room are of big size (double the size of normal hotels), big size washrooms and big balcony. 5. Airtel signal is weak at this location 6. Wifi is just namesake...not working at all.
I stayed at seasons for 2 nights it's a beautiful hotel. Great location. Peaceful and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of Rajkot. The staff are amazing. Specially Ashutosh who looked after us at beaakfast time. Breakfast was a full spread of delicious food. The only problem I had was the hotel was under maintenance and I wasn't made aware of this at the time of booking. So too much noise.
Excellent stay for 21 days. Lounge supervisor Ashutosh Kumar and Devendra were particularly helpful and gentle. All service staff served with great humility and smile. Overall an excellent place to stay for business or leisure purposes.
The facility and location is amazing . Lovely quiet area . The only issue I had was there was maintenance going on during the day so a lot of noise in the room and was difficult to rest . But overall lovely hotel . Staff are very professional especially Ashutosh Kumar at breakfast really took care of us really well .thank you
The Property is very good and a little bit far from the city. very quiet and peaceful. i got a swimming pool view room for a free upgrade. Nice and safe to stay with family. Breakfast is very good in taste.
