I had ordered online for swaminarayan food without Onion and garlic but I received normal food. After receiving food I called restaurant but they didn't given proper response and I went to other restaurants. Too much time for cooking.
We are come here from dine out app and we found the counter dine out application not available and also soup to starter services are worst in the restaurant @ manager was bad also staff is not given the proper service for my side we should avoid the season 9 restaurants.
Had a great experience for dinner. Although every item tasted so good, their SIZZLERS were at next level. Staff was also very humble. You will just enjoy your visit with no regrets
Recently I visited this place for theirs unlimited offer. They are taking precautions in this pandemic situation & serve you separately on your table in unlimited also. Taste was really good. On request and availability basis they will give you options in main course. They will charge you around "Three Hundred" per person. Ordered Hyderabadi biryani and they served me green coloured rice , which was totally pathetic and disgusting, if you are serving this in the name of hyderabadi biryani, please don't ruin the name of hyderabadi biryani, please look into it and take corrective action
I ordered pasta from them online.. They sent three types of pasta .. Awful taste one was sweet, one was just tomato ketchup and red food color mixed with pasta . Totally sour and yuck. Waste of money..Never recommend. Have Maggi instead of ever thinking to get food from them
Useless staff. First they forget to Send entire order than they will say that we will refund the amount don't worry. Also when said I don't need refund I need the missed product their rude customer executive on phone asks "Sir iska kya jarurat hai. Jo bheja hai wo kha lo" stuff. Very rude staff I would highly dislike this hotel ATLEAST for delivery. No customer centricity. Just you refund the money and we are good. Ethics are missing over here in their staff. I think Zomato and Swiggy are equally responsible for this culture
