Nice and economic place to stay. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious and delectable. Awesome preparation and presentation. Lovely place to sit and eat. Unfortunately, in spite of my repeated requests I could not get access to a Wi-Fi internet connection. The staff was otherwise kind and hospitable. Over all the stay was comfortable and pleasant. Excellent location if you have an interview with the US consulate general.

Rooms are excellent, reception was excellent, ambience was too good, location of property is walkable to US consulate and I love to book this place again but what I was not happy is... 1. Since I reached the property at 3pm (due to unexpected rain and Chennai traffic which was not expected), I was late to their lunch services which were closed by then and have to walk for 2 KM to have a sandwich (2 pieces of bread). Suggestion is if you can keep something to eat for guests who arrive late would be a big plus as going empty stomach after a long long drive is really painful. 2. Though we planned with 3 people stay (and you suggestion for the family suit is great) but at the time of check-in, 1 person walked away due to some personal issues and we were only 2 people but I was charged for 3 people in spite of me requesting you to give us some discount as one person left. Suggestion: Give some discount since the 3rd person never used your room, nor toiletries nor complimentary breakfast, etc

Okay, I will not sugarcoat my experience and will paint realistic picture here ....I stayed two nights at the hotel. They served breakfast and lunch which was very healthy and Tasty...Rooms were fine but washrooms were very small that there was hardly any space for bathing. Hotel staff, however, were very nice if you approached them for help, they would definitely help you out...Hotel is placed at good distance from Railway Station and Marina Beach..

Checked in on Nov 2nd and checked out on Nov 3rd.The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. Not sure about the name of an elderly person in the front desk but he was really helpful with getting the room service on time and also answering few questions we had.

Had a great experience. Very close and in walkable distance to the US consulate and of VAC/ biometric center. The breakfast is complementary and lunch and dinner are served once requested. The rooms are decent and clean. The staff were friendly. There's limited car parking right in front of the hotel.

This is a great place to stay for US Visa appointment. The hotel people are friendly and they have facilities to accommodate us in lounge with lunch with a minimum charge. They also provide printing facilities if needed

If you are the person who cares for cleanness hygiene, i will say you can have better options nearby if you are ready to spend around 1000 more. This was pathetic. We booked the family suite for two days. We have been forced to pay advance to avoid cancelation which we did. When we reached and got the room, very bad and foul smell was coming. Asking the staff on the same. He said since it was cleaned in morning and was closed hence the smell is. We asked if room freshener can be sprayed. He brought something on spray bottle and sprinkle it. Bedsheets were like not cleaned and smelling. We couldn't sleep properly because spring of the bed is horrible and got backache. Bathroom was not having different story. Not cleaned. Flushing in toilet was not properly working and talking lot of time for refill. TV unit was not working and i was said only Tamil or free channel will come. But none was coming, the subscription was not active and post reachrge it started working. If you want good food for lunch or dinner either do zomato or be ready for a walk of 10 to 15 min. While I found staff were very helpful the property really need a lift up. Surprisingly While Asking about these problems with one of staff he said these are issues since long and when we tell our managers, they said no one complaint about these and only any people from North comes you are telling these. So bottom line. Property and their owners need a change in thinking for better customer services. Which I doubt.

I booked a room here when visiting for visa purposes. Good location, safe area and ease of access to US embassy and biometrics building. Responsive and caring staff, tasty breakfast and clean and well maintained rooms. Storage of luggage post check out was a bonus. Good experience in all. Helpful staff, felt safe. Was able to travel around the area with local transport, as well as walk to nearby locations for work.
