My personnel experience was extremely poor with this hotel. My booking was confirmed through make my trip for 5 days from 14 Aug 23 to 18 Aug 2023 but I was checked out just after 1 day. Behaviour of owner and staff was very rude and non cooperative. Also, they uploaded false details and photos on web site about their facilities but no facilities was available there. Eventough no crockery items available, I'm totally surprise that how come a hotel exists with no plates for customer fooding. Therefore I personally recommend that this hotel is not suitable for any family.
Really budget hotel in aleppey. Seaside residency hotel is very close to aleppey Beach. Clean and neat rooms, 3 km from boathouse. All over a decent stay with family.
Very bad bad and once again bad!!!! We booked this hotel through agoda and made the payment even. Am from Netherlands and my friend is from Sri Lanka. By arriving they didnt allowed us because we are not indians. And they are very sure they did mention this. Well we are very sure they didnt mention this at all. Very rude stuffs. They just left us on the road. Thank god we did found a way better place nearby to stay. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!!
I'm staying with seaside residency allappy ,all rooms are clean and hygienic, it was a very nice experience for me ,it was pleasant and really comfortable with me,then the manager and staff are helpful to everyone
Sad rooms , no room service( not even tea) , no hot water ,broken and stinking toilets , location is good , but not stay worthy ! You have better stay options in the same location at cheaper prices
The location of the property is on main road just about 1km before the Aleppey beach. But the rooms condition was not upto the mark and as per our expectations as the bed sheet provided and bathroom was not clean. Even the room provided at ground floor was not ventilated enough and was dark.
Not so good because for drivers they are not providing rooms how will driver will sleep after driving the vehicle whole day government of kerala must look for this problem that drivers f
