Seascape villa - Guest house in Bogmalo - South Goa, India

This is a nice cute cottage in an old building, probably from the 1700s, where the ancestors of the host lived. The building is brightly painted, and the rooms are adequately furnished. The entire space is maintained very clean. There is some common space for sitting, dining, a washing machine and a kitchen. But, what we loved the most about the guest house is the open space around the building and a porch (common area), where you can relax. On the flip-side, being too close to the beach, the surroundings are not so appealing, for which we cannot blame the host. The caretaker Naresh has been quite helpful, though not very forthcoming. He prepared a wholesome breakfast. As we were only two of us, it was not possible for him to provide a home-cooked dinner that we were very much looking for. However, there are quite a few good restaurant options within 5 - 10 minutes of walk.

If you are coming to this stay from Madgaon railway station then taxi will charge 1000/= and auto will charge 750 to 800/= There is train at Madgaon also which goes to Dabolim railway station - it was canceled on the day we travelled. To reach airport from this stay, there is government bus that goes to airport in morning time every 30 min. They charge only 15rs per person to reach airport. Note: you can wait on the road at panchayat also and bus stand also. You can choose that option instead of giving 500rs to taxi for just 4 km.

An old home, with 4 bedrooms,we were a family of 10, a mix of all age groups. We had a comfortable stay in the villa. It is really close to the beach, a stone throw away. An adequately equipped kitchen.

What a wonderful place to stay in goa. Walking distance to a kind of private island beach at 50 metres only. Awesome view and the roads nearby gives you pleasant view of greenery both the sides. The owner andre and the caretaker both are friendly and responsive. We had issue with air conditioner which was resolved within few hours. The place can accommodate 12-14 people so its really good and with veg food option available but on extra pay. It taste good so no worries about food and stay. Highly recommend this as affordable

Just 2 minutes walk to Bogmalo Beach, The place is so huge that it can accommodate almost 12 guests. The kitchen is so beautiful and complete, that one can easily cook for 5 to 6 members' meals at a time. This place is surrounded by Restaurants, Beach, Bars, Wine stores, Fast-food centers, General stores, and whatnot?? I am planning a second trip shortly just for staying in this VILLA. A great place for family and friends. also, the place is equipped with all daily necessities. It is more than just an AirBnb, it is almost a home. The owner is ultra-friendly and fulfils your demands in a blink of an eye.

Best place in Goa for stay. Superhost Andre was so helpful also caretaker did his job perfectly. Highly recommended this place. I never saw villa like this will visit again' surely
