Very neat, clean and spacious rooms . The owner Richard is very kind and helpful . There is never No from Richard , He arranged for all the special requirements we requested for during our stay, The food that aunty makes is amazing and authentic same as moms food .Very good and caring people homely environment. Richard visited us everyday to ensure we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. The farm is very serene and beautiful , beach is walkable distance and there are no people on the beach you can enjoy your private time there. Must visit place . Once visit you don't feel like coming back.. Thank you Richard for everything you did, Keep up the good work..

I had booked this place for two days after reading all the good reviews. I communicated with the owner well in advance that I am coming by train and train shall reach at 6 in the morning. So he should allow us early check in. We even told him that we are ready to pay for early check in. However, owner somehow forgot to see my reminder message. So we reached this place at 7 in the morning with my 3 year old kid and called the owner. He simply said there is no room available now and room shall be ready by 10.30. This place is very far from temple or any other public transport. So it was a problematic situation for me waiting in the morning outside this gate with my 3 year old kid. Luckily I had taken the number of auto rikshaw driver who dropped us at this place. So, we called him back and checked in at a good hotel near temple. No refund received for the advance paid. Please do not stay at this place if you do not have your own vehicle. Beach is away from this place. Temple is at least 3 km from this place.

Home stay with clean rooms and a nice host.Access is through a narrow road.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Owner - Richard and his family members are very cooperative. Richard arranged everything, we requested. Place is very calm and beach is very near from the place. Home made food quality was very good.

Had booked this stay on Airbnb where we were promised 3 rooms. We were given only 2 rooms. The host was very arrogant about the refund policy. The room was not at all good either. The AC in one of the rooms didn't work. In the other room, the ventilation was so bad that fowl smell from the bathroom was coming in through the AC itself. The host threatened to not even give the refund. He was asking us the bare the loss. Wouldn't recommend this stay for anyone.

The owner of the property seems to be doing some shady business. We booked three rooms but he only provided two rooms initially. And then he didn't even refund us our money. Thank god we recorded a video as a proof. While refunding he deducted airbnb charges from our side. So he was supposed to refund fraction of what we paid. Airbnb support was also unable solve the query. So owner says airbnb charges should be borne by customer and not by owner. So he argued at midnight with us that he wont give room. This happened when we have prepaid booking charges and he also denied the breakfast. I request you please be safe and avoid this stay if possible. Otherwise you will also be left on road at 12 am midnight

Caring people and pleasant location with Air conditioning rooms with good clean washroom. Friendly atmosphere. We came with our kids. Normal charges for home cooked food. Beach is just 2 minutes walk by foot. Beach is wonderful. You can enjoy by coming with friends or with family. Fresh food is available with normal price. Just 4kms distance and 10 minutes drive to murudeshwar temple and beach.
