This place is our home now.. We have been visiting this place from many years. Location is amazing. The sea view is just infront of these huts. Food here is delicious and super healthy. Sealand is a place to stay for many months and you won't feel bore.. The Staff is very friendly and always on hand to help...
Amazing seafood cooked very well. Bruschetta was wonderful. Guacamole is served with bread instead of chips, which was good but could have been better with chips. Overall, excellent place for dinner
Highly recommended. Stayed for 3 nights, hospitality offered by the owner, staff - yogesh, Deepak is highly commendable. Stay was amazing, food was always freshly cooked and served-5 Place is very near to beach. Rooms are all cleaned, proper hygeine washrooms and very well maintained property. Do checkout this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is at the beach with an amazing view. We had interesting conversations with the owner as well and he is very helpful. Yogiji & Deepak ji made our stay even better with their service. They gave us amazing suggestions about places to visit and made our trip better. The beach is calm and peaceful vibes. If you are looking for a beach resort at Patnem, Sealand seems the obvious choice.
This is one of the best restaurant and cottages in Patnem beach. The owner of the place is a service-minded person which reflects in their quality, service and prices. They have a limited menu but they hit the spot on every preparation. Enjoy some great cocktails at affordable prices along with 1 + 1 offers during happy hours. They serve the best seafood in Patnem at very economical prices. This has been my regular place for the last 3 years. Special credits to Mr. Yogesh, who goes to great lengths to make your stay a memorable experience.
