Break fast providing not enough and not up to the mark. Hotel people thinking they are providing free. So it is ok but it is not free we taken package that is included breakfast also. Also should provide a bed tea and News paper

Our check in time is 2:00 pm, they wait us for 35 min, so we went out and checked in at 3:00pm, the receptionist is forced me to fill the reservation form. The room have a damp stinking smells, wardrobe not have lock nor hanger. Pillow cover, bed spread, bath towel and blanket cover are not well cleaned. It's the summer time, I booked for non AC room & they gave a blanket, it's a horrible. At reception no one is there to carry language to our room. At the time of check out no one they sent in the room for checking.

I choose superior king room lavender theme room was clean not bad, but bathroom is very poor not at all clean no proper aminities hangers are not available 1 brush for 3 peapole,bad smell coming from bathroom not at all clean, poor room service, location is good, behavior of owner and driver is good, staffs are not at all friendly, poor poor room service, breakfast not bad taste wise

Its a super clean, budget hotel for tourists and business travellers. Nice 300 sq feet rooms for double occupancy. Excellent Noiseless AC which runs from the time you check in, full 24 hours, until you check out ! Autorikshaw transport avaliable right outside the hotel. A good restaurant too for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Booked non AC room through goibibo. Due to hot and room cleanliness, I have upgraded to AC room by paying 700Rs extra. But AC was not working. Receptionist checked the same and said that he will report to the manager and on next day will give resolution. They didn't alot any other room as well. Next day manager came and not willing to refund the money. Manager gave boss number but he is also not responding. After 4 hrs of talk manager refunded 500Rs only. Room was not clean, full of dust and spider net. Floor mat was dirty, sitting chair was rust and pillow was fully dirt. Mostly the water is muddy. Not recommended this hotel to anyone (both AC and non AC). Very limited parking space. Photos included.

Worst Experience. Holidays Spoilt - Lifts did not work 2 out of the 3 days. Rooms were on 5th floor - No dim lights in room, on request neither did staff rectify issue or provide an alternative table lamp - stained bedsheets - cleaning staff has to be requested multiple times to do cleaning. Rooms cleaned only once out of the 3 days. - not a place for vegetarian community.

Could have rated zero, if I had an option. *HIGHLY OVERPRICED For a Standard AC room, they charge 2000 Rs without breakfast. It is also difficult to find a restaurant near by (on the morning). And do not expect some good rooms at this hotel. *NO HYGIENE Towels, bed, blanket, closet everything is covered in stains *NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY You can see patches every where on the walls *FOUL SMELL IN ROOMS *STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED AND ALSO SHOULD KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE 1. I reached the hotel by 1am. The boy in the reception showed me the parking. The gate towards the parking was closed and he was reluctant to open that gate.. He was expecting me to get off my car and open the gate, and no i didn't because I have started feeling insulted. I waited for 5 minutes, meanwhile he was standing still, just looking at me and after 5 minutes he has opened reluctantly. 2. This guy was very very very reluctant to use my card for making payment (he has to do some work, if I am choosing card option) 3. This guy gave me the keys, didn't even show the manners to guide me to the room. 4. I told him that I had to leave by morning 9.15 am, and as expected they have delayed me 15 minutes. My Suggestion: Never book this hotel, unless you have some money to waste. Not Worth Highly Overpriced depended on the service they are providing.

Even i have informed hotel Management and they don't have answer for below points. 1-waste and yellow coloured water is in washroom 2- no tissue boxes available 3- no buckets and mugs 4- one soap and one toothbrush for 2 peope 5-A/C remote is not working so we can't adjust AC 6- cooking smell is coming is from there kitchen and irritating noses 7- No waste bin 8- power and wifi disconnection always
