Have been following up for service for last two weeks. Everytime there was a commitment of time which was never met. My old parents were following up for cleaning of the aquarium but the owner ended up giving false commitments and then stopped taking calls altogether. When raised a complaint through another phone number, the owner misbehaved saying he will never do service for us and do whatever we can do in this regards. Such a waste of time buying product from this shop. One of the most unprofessional shop owners around in this beautiful city. Avoid buying from here to the level possible.

They are only interested in sales and have nothing to do with after sale services. When asked for help they not only refuse but also end up misbehaving. Very surprised to see so many complaints on these lines but this shop still operational. But at your own risk. Stay away guys. Pathetic services.

owner is himself not concerned about customer. never gives suggestions . tells low rates on phone and sells them on high price. also sells injured fishes. very bad experience. don't visit the shop.

Don't take aquarium ,fish supplies ,food ingredients for fishes from here .They have worst quality of services ,also they can abuse you for complaining about their services .

You can buy dog, fish, cat, food here you could also buy aquarium here as far as experience go they are good people
