Its is a nice location... I guess that's the core of the money charged... Or else rooms were not that great... Bathroom had faulty exaust fan which made it hard to use it. Service was nice.

Very good location. The villa had a homely feeling to it. Overall I recommend this place.

We had a very comfortable stay for few nights here. There were minor issues with the amenities but the owner were very proative in resolving the issues. Will definitely recommend this place to those looking for a reliable and comfortable place in this location.

The location is excellent as it is situated right before the Cherai beach. The rooms are decent and there is no food available. Even for a tea or coffee you have to go outside. My experience with the care taker is not that great. Before booking she said one price and while making payment i.e. after we kept all our luggage and settled, she increased the price and she started arguing that she didn't say any other price. Lots of mosquito were there inside the room and the rooms were bit bad smell. The pillows were not that clean.

Best part of this hotel is its location, right on beach. You can get a sea view AC room which are almost double price to non AC rooms. One thing to be cautious is to ensure that you are booking an AC room if you want one coz when I booked I thought I had booked AC room but when I reached there, the staff asked extra money for AC room. so be careful about this thing. Staff are good, there is small car parking but safe Rooms are spacious, they didnt had mosquito repellent in rooms so ensure you ask one from them. I couldnt sleep because of mosquitoes.

Proprietaires charmants qui font tout leur possible pour vous faire passer un bon sejour. Le cottage etait propre et agreable, la plage juste en face. Je n'ai pas vu de restaurant, alors qu'il est indique sur le site.

This is Home Stay facility has 4 air conditioned independent huts, one air conditioned suite & 4 non ac rooms. There is no dining in facility however the USP of the property is its location and its proprietor Mr Mathai & his sister Ms Dhani who manage the property. It is located ideally right next to the beach and has excellent dining places in close proximity.

Nice stay in sea view room! Mr & Mrs. Mathai are very courteous couple who welcomed us. They take the responsibility for a peaceful stay. We recommend this resort for an economy stay. They have oil massage package too
