Sea Spray - Seafood restaurant in Calangute - North Goa, India

Place was right next to our hotel, all the food we had was really good. We stuck to breakfast and a couple of appetizers though, didn't get anything large. The garlic toast was our favorite. Went three days in a row and always enjoyed!

Great beach shack. Friendly staff and owners. Food is always good whatever you choose. Have never been disappointed.

Food is good at a very legitimate cost. Must try fresh orange juice after getting a full body massage by the local female staff on the shack.

...APPEALS TO THE LAZY... UNIMAGINATIVE TOURIST It benefits from being located close to the end of Holiday Street & right next to steps at the termination of a small lane adjacent "The Park Hotel". It therefore appeals to those who "have no brain cell", can't be bothered to walk & explore a little further.. Apart from the flagstone floor the shack, when looking closely, is very basic and definately not appealing... ....it seems to have been thrown together - as cheaply as possible - with very little thought, care, love or sensitivity...... Even worse is that all sunbeds (and majority of chairs) have plastic coated yellow mattresses..... ....some need a good wipe down, are sticky (particularly if you are hot & sweaty) and get so hot you could "fry an egg" on them let alone your arse... The Beach Staff are quite slow & the lady a bit of a pest - continually asking "do you want a massage", etc... The Menu is a little expensive BUT many items include rice... so then it becomes more reasonable. ...WATCH OUT FOR THAT... However I found the food to be only AVERAGE & quite bland ..... ....as though the gravy base all came from the same pan & then a combination of different spice(s) added..... We ordered three different dishes and they all pretty much tasted identical. ..... REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE LEGS TRY USING THEM 50 metres in either direction you'll find better options....... ......and forego the need of medical treatment for third degree burns from those awful sunbeds......

This is perfect place for expected beach life... Everything is available here Food is delicious Clean table and area Shakes are amazing and located on perfect place Owner and staff are very kind and helpful Breakfast is amazing... All time favorite

No good taste. Prawns served were very small in size, full of oil
