It was one of the best stays ever! The price is unbeatable for this location in Mumbai. Located in Colaba it is one of the best spots in whole India. The room had a nice view on the ocean and it was very clean, we also could choose between one big bed or two separate smaller beds! There are only shared bathrooms, but they are cleaned often troughout the day and are perfectly clean. The receptionist is also a very kind man :) Not a single bad thing about this hotel.

Front desk staff very polite and helpful. great location. Standard Double Room was a good size with comfortable bed, clean and nice view. No tv. No restaurant but room service available. Room did not have any bug wire over external openings and a few mossies got in at night but other than that a very pleasant stay. Great value in the Colaba area. Would stay again.

Given it's location and the price, it is a very good option. The staff is nice. I got one of the rooma with a window and it was very noisy at night. Not sure how the rooms without a window are, but I would check them out first. The most disturbing thing was the smell of pee in the hallway and toilet, but if you cna get over that, than you will have a decent place to crash. I would go there again, had I gone to Mumbai.

It's a cheap Mumbai hotel. They gave me a room next to reception when I would have preferred a corner view, but wifi worked in the room, so that made up for it. Shared showers/toilets clean worked ok. Bed clean. Staff efficient and friendly. I stayed two nights and casually asked the doorman at the hotel below which was better and he said mine was so I didn't bother changing. (The neighbourhood is ok but, oh India, are you ever going to pay a few rupees for someone to take the garbage from the sea beside the esplanade? Ever?)

All are non-AC rooms with quasi hotel feel. Everything is always clean and dry. All rooms share common toilet. It's a long flight of stairs to 4F. Very poor wifi. But it is the best deal you can get in Mumbai.

Clean but very small and basic. We had the 2 bed fan room. Has free WiFi and the staff were friendly. Shared bathroom but it was very clean. Pretty good price for Mumbai. Paid around 1100 for a double room

This hotel is a good option if you are looking for something cheap. The location is great, just 5 min walk from the Gateway of India. The bathroom is shared, but it is always super clean and the staff is very attentive. They have laundry service and our clothes were ready really quickly, in the same day in the evening we got it clean :)
