Visited for luch and this place turned out to be really good with great ambience and view. Food tasted really ally good coupled with drinks. Ordered chicken manchow soup, chilly chicken, crispy fish, and check fried rice. Except for fish all taste good and service is really attentive.
If u love mushrooms, Try their mushrooms cappuccino Soup. There was live music here which I believe is on weekends only, but are good in engaging the customers and setting the mood as per audience. I usually love the food here but Modso wasn't that great to my last visit even after asking if it would be freah or not, sad that they did it to a regularcustomer. I appreciate the restaurant mentioning their fish quality before ordering and you guys did not succeeded in the same.
My first visit to this place and rain spoilt the night. They have a separate seating area which is alongside the beach on an elevation where you can hear the waves while munching food. I tasted various items for starters. 1. Chicken Potli Kebab 2. Butter Garlic Prawns 3. King Fish Rawa Fry 4. Tandoori Mushroom My favorite and must try for all visitors is the Chicken Potli Kebab. The king fish rawa fry was okay as I felt the fish had become dry and seemed to be overcooked. For mains we just tried the Dal Tadka, Butter Chicken with tandoor roti, tandoori naan and rice appam. We tried their Cheese garlic naan as well. In the desert we tried their Coffee Creme Brulee & Bailey's Chocolate Mousse. We also tried their Virgin Colada. Food was good, service was okay but remember if you are planning to go in a big group then this place will surely burn your pockets.
We went to this place last night (30th Sept). It's on the way to Siridao Beach. Amazing place with a good vibe. Goan singer played live here and his voice was exceptional. In food we ordered chicken, squid rings, fries. Squid rings felt a little chewy hence 4 Star Ratings. Anup the Manager was a good guy. He was walking through the restaurant and speaking to customers or helping them in taking photos.
Only thing good about this place is the ambience and the view and they charge you for that and not the quality of the food. Egg fried rice costs 330 here and water bottle rs 50. Any normal starter is 350+. Taste is below average. Lots of vinegar is added in every meal. There are plenty of options for ordering. This place is recommended for drinking with a group of friends but not for food. Parking space is available. AC not available . Names of dishes are a bit challenging to understand so have to ask waiter to know the details. View and ambience is 10/10 , price and taste is 2/10.
I went there after reading online reviews, But honestly, it was a big letdown. The food was awful, I had ordered pepper chicken and I was served some latpat boneless yellow concoction with onions and shredded cabbage with loads of oil. Second item I ordered was stuffed chilly cheese garlic naan, what I got was a paper thin papad with cheese sprinkled over it with semblance of a Naan. Similar was the case with butter naan, the naan is supposed to be a little thick and soft and not like a papad thin that it crackles while breaking it. The band was good but the moment I sat they took a half an hour break so most of the evening was some recorded instrumental. On a Saturday night the good places are jam packed, this place had about 25 percent occupancy, gave a deserted outlook. The manager is an unapologetic individual who has no experience in handling complaints. He kept on harping that there is nothing wrong, an irritating individual at best. The steward had much better people skills and seemed genuinely concerned about the unpleasant experience.
Place to hangout!!!tried Sea Mackerel masala rava fry. This is the best rava fry i ever had in Goa .Service is very quick and ambience and location suits for both lunch and dinner.
We always visit Sea Shells whenever we go to Goa for the good food, drinks and ambience. It is tastefully decorated with lots of seashells. The service is fast enough and there are live music performance also.
