Pros - 1. location is good exactly in front of beach. 2. food options are available near by. 3. beach is clean and less crowdy. 4. Room is nice. Cons - 1. swimming pool is pretty small and in front of parking space. It feels odd to swim in front of parking area. 2. no lift in resort. 3. receptionist will scold you if you don't take wash outside after coming from beach and swimming pool. 4. no functional kitchen. no food cooked inside resort. you have to go outside for all meals. 5. not much water sports.
The hotel is nice, situated just in front of the beach, offering a beautiful view from the window. The hotel manager is supportive. Unfortunately, when we visited, the restaurant was not working; however, there are many restaurants within 1 km.
Hotel location is good and it seems first hotel as you enter Murud. Rooms are just ok & surprisingly it has window ACs that creates noise like a generator. I just couldn't sleep with that AC on & spent my night only putting celing fan on. Could not sleep whole night. Room rates are too high for What it offer.
Totally worst service.... the boys working there are unable to understand english, marathi and even hindi. only Zaid handles every management and take care of everything. we are totally disappointed with the service and never suggest anyone to visit that resort.

Good and clean rooms and pool. They don't serve food. Place is a bit away from the main Murud area so its quite silent. The hotel manager was cooperative for my incorrect booking.
It's situated right at the beach in murud (Dapoli). Rooms are decent. Cleanliness is on point. Staff is friendly. Perfect for a large group of people. Beach view. Very close to water sports arena. No kitchen or restaurant but there are ample food options nearby.

Went with family (13 members) for 2 nights. Hardly a minute walk to beach from hotel. Restaurants are also nearby. Staff is very helpful and we all loved our staycation in Sawali Niwas.
