Room maintenance is very poor. Walls are damp and stinking. Even roomspray didn't help. Room cleaning is bad, dust everywhere. Electrical switches need repair. Only good thing is Hotel Manager at reception is polite and helpful.
Walkable distance from US Consulate (approx. 300 meters). Rooms are decent. The staff is friendly if you are polite and friendly to them. Getting food is a bit difficult as there are very few restaurants nearby.
We reached here on 27th November 2023 at 8.30 am for US visa procedure. Our goal was just to get fresh before the appointment. Had breakfast at Sangita (walking distance) as suggested by reception manager (nice) Our bags were kept in the room and went out. After US visa procedures we had lunch at Sangeeta and checked out at 2.30 pm. They charged Rs.1300/-
Have to improve the rooms. Still in 90's look. Renovation needed. The key thing is the location and the friendly manager there. The location is near the US embassy. I booked a suite room and when I got there they gave me a normal AC room. :-(
A/c room was ok, the room was smelling of smoke for more than 24 hours. There were no utilities available in the room including bathing kit and, dental kit except for towels. Got the room next to the road and the window doesn't close completely so the traffic noise is just unbearable. The good thing is they accommodate 24 hr check in check out wherever possible. No food options.
My personal feeling is not worthy. Pros: Accessible to US Embassy, food places and railway station. Cons: Service requires more improvement. 1. We had hot water issue. 2. We had TV issue and not resolved till check out. 3. Towels are awful. 4. There are no facilities other than room, AC, TV and water.
It's good and Clean , if anyone having visa appointment it's next opposite building with budget friendly and it's a walkable distance from the room and nearer to biometric too
Decent stay and friendly staffs. Our bathroom door dint close because it was tight. Near the US consulate and metro station.
