When we reached the hotel at 8:30pm to check in, the staff politely told us to wait and vanished for the next 30 minutes apparently to check the room. I wonder why maintenance could not have happened before. No staff even asked us for water while we waited with a child. Irrespective of all the checks AC remote still didn't work . Dirty hand towels. The entire hotel had one single menu card which was shown and taken away. Location is good , rooms are big but not worth it
Great location. Kind and helpful staff. Rooftop restaurant is good. Rooms are over priced for the quality. Internet was not working. We took 3 double rooms. The shower was not working in one room, and water overflew the Bathroom. Breakfast is average.
I reached the hotel with my family. Hotel ambience is more attractive, also the food. Hotel service is good especially captain jinu. He give his 100% of services. We were enjoyed the night with food and the cooperative staff's. Thank you
I decide to book a night in Seaqueen Calicut and get good advice from Jithesh, nice welcoming from team at reception and I appreciate how staff is professional. First time I had ac, comfortable. And we are close from beach, it's great for a walk. Also I appreciate wonderful breakfast. Expensive hotel but I enjoyed a lot before a new long travel. Soon I will stay again.
I had an amazing stay at Seaquen Hotel near Kozhikode Beach. The location is perfect - just a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my visit even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's restaurant served delicious local cuisine. I can't wait to visit again for another relaxing getaway!

With a desire to have a sea view, we booked this place . The staff namely Ashwin, Avani ,Amjad n Gautam were polite n customer friendly, they deserve an applause,but for their smiling hospitality ,we would have changed our place of stay. The tariff is over priced,for the services provided. Bad bed n pillows,taps n shower not working properly , no maintenance, no view from the room n extremely bad complimentary breakfast. The roof top view was the only positive point. Definitely not worth a second visit n will not recommend to friends. Please take this a constructive criticism, you do have scope for improvement.
