It's a nice quick stop on the way to Rameshwaram specially for kids. Kids have small play areas to play. Nice view to beach. No proper bathroom facility, if they provide good toilet facility it would be great.
If u r coming from the highway its a perfect place to take a tea break n watch the view of the sea. Restroom facilities are not available, it's not properly maintained. Otherwise it's a good place for children's play.
You'll find this place on the right towards Danushkodi and you'll find this place packed with people all the time. If you are unable to go to Dhanushkodi, this is where you have to spend your evening. A perfect place for family and friends to snack and catch the sea breeze with an awesome sea view. They have got toilets in this campus too, poorly maintained though. Carry a water bottle or a few tissues, to be on the safer side. They will cut off water supply any time.

Sar park is the best place for children's, park has good view. Good place to take a long break for travellers. Restrooms facilities not available, it's not properly maintained.
This place is a good initiative of Tamilnadu government. Visiting here in the evening will give you a great view. It creates a perfect evening vibe with a cup of coffee or tea, this place closes at 6pm, so visit before closing time. Gives a great experience.
Place better'called as sea horse sea park, near mandapam area on the highway. Wow felt the sea resort feeling enjoyed and had lot's of fun. Children play area well maintained, long time swim in the sea with children was great. Entry fee just Rs.10 per head for a resort amazing and lovely place.
