SEA HEAVEN (cafe seaweed) - Restaurant in Gokarna - Uttara Kannada, India

If you want a beach view,then take this. Otherwise choose the rooms in the city. The rooms here are the worst and power fluctuations will play with your patience. Food prices are high, but the taste is good. Fans will be there but you have to sit/sleep near them. For me no proper sleep for two days.Worst experience. My suggestion is,if you are with family,Just take the room in the city and come to the beach whenever you want.

Great place to stay. Price on the lower side. We stayed in tent, little humid during night. Food and service was really good. Nice place to chill with your friends. Located near middle beach, you have immediate access to beach.

In current weather rooms need AC. Without AC it's horrible hot. Food is good. But ensure to tell them your spice tolerance level. Local spice level is too much to handle. Place, service, atmosphere, staff all are too good. Best experience.

The owner is so friendly and helpful. He took care of me and my friends like as if we were his friends. He pushed around a lot of things so we could get bikes for rent at a cheaper price. He was very accommodating with our concerns and problems. The rooms are worth their price. Hot water was provided along with room service. Overall a great place to come back to after a long day at the beach.

I spent couple of nights here and the hospitality was really great. Mr Suresh and Mr Shekar provided me the best service and were always responsive. Another best thing is it's not that expensive compared to other Cafe's/hotels. These people deserve 10/10 rating to be honest. If you are looking for a perfect weekend getaway this is a truly a good place to stay.

The rooms are in bad shape.. food is pathetic.. not to consider for a family trip

This hotel isn't worth even one rating. We had waited nearly two hours for the food delivery as a group of nine individuals. Free soaps or conditioners weren't offered during the stay; they had to be purchased separately. The price of each item was specified on the menu. Later, he raised the cost of the dish in the bill up until the point when we demanded a change. Solar heaters were installed above the hotel, but the staff member refused to switch on the hot water and informed us that tent-dwellers were not provided with hot water. I've stayed in hotels all over India, but this was by far the worst.

We stayed here at Sea heaven for 5 days , I must comment on the extremely friendly and homely experience we had!! The owner was very kind and humble about his responsibilities, and a note to mention Suresh who is kinda the incharge of the whole place who is always with a smile and goes out of his way to serve your requests. I also requested off the menu which they happily provided bringing fresh seafood, veges , meat from the market just for us!! Overall a seamless experience and I give them the very best to develop thier resort further to outmatch everyone!! For hospitality I give them 5 stars!! Will return!!
