Sea Gull Chunnambar Beach Resort - Featured Reviews (89)
Quality are very bad, service very bad, test not good... Better chose another restaurant
The place has parking facility. We need to pay 300 Rs for each person to reach Paradise beach. We also need to pay parking and entrance fees. The place is well maintained. There is a park here and it is also well maintained. There are restroom and restaurant facilities available inside the park
Good place to visit... Don't take afternoon visit it will be damn hot in the beach. Cost of ride is bit unsatisfactory.. since they will charge different rates looking at people... Ample car parking (30) and entry ticket 16 rs... Beautiful view in the beach.. boat travel is 20 min...
The beach is nice. Negative comments are for the unfair practices by boat operator. First they charge Rs. 300 for single person trip because of monopoly (hardly 2 kms). If someone visits another nearby beach and walks down to beach, the boat operator doesn't allow to even enter this beach, claiming that the beach has paid entry for only the people coming by his boat (as if it's his personal property). The ticket is for the ferry, not for the beach. But they charge it from others too who don't avail their boat.
A wonderful beach located in Pondicherry.
The major attraction in this beach is boating on the back water. The Pondicherry tourism have arranges boats regularly and no need to book upfront, we can just get the ticket through the queue. Approx 10 minutes travel in the boat and we can reach the beach.
Best ever beach to enjoy Ur full day!! You can spend your full day right from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
You need to buy tickets for boating to enter into paradise island. It's a half an hour travel and then you will reach the paradise island
The beach is very very clean and it is maintained well. It has many washrooms and plenty of rooms to get your dresses changed. Each washroom has a shower in it.
It's all that you can spend your time with much enjoyment that you have never thought of!!!
Very good place to hang out with your loved one's
The assistant manager - Kumar is a rude, sexist, bigotted swine who used rude tamil words, refused to serve us and commented on the ladies in our group.
The manager Cerian was very polite, but as this is a government restaurant, has no authority and can't get his staff to do anything other than walk around NOT doing their jobs.
If you're with family or clients and you are Indian, Seagulls will ensure they embarrase you and make India look like a third world country infront of your clients.
If you are with family, please protect elders and youngsters from this behaviour.
Sad that calling something a Govt. Hotel has turned into an insult.
Still standing here, after 45 min. Waiting for chairs. 4 staff staring at me, but no service.
Dine-in beach is nice but the Quality and Quantity of food are not worth for money. Also they are not allowing the outside food as well...
