Location is just in front of marine drive. Rooms are huge and old school type. You will feel you have entered some house of 70s era. Even thought Breakfast included. But in BF they generally give 1 cup of tea, 4 breads and 1 omlette or poha.. Do not expect buffet bf or huge quantity unlike other hotels which provide unlimited bf.
Best location with a great price. Rooms are spacious but everything in the room are old fashioned. Overall if you want to enjoy Mumbai with budget deal at a great location must go for it.
Incredible hospitality at a perfect location right on Marine Drive. We stayed for two nights in this ideally situated hotel overlooking the bay. Room: The building is quite old (although it does have an elevator) . While everything was clean and working (AC, fan, fridge, water), it is very clear that things are ageing. The unfortunate kicker for me was that the bathroom was a wet room, although again clean. Comfortable beds and adequate lighting. Service: The staff really made the stay here, from concierge to cleaners, everyone was friendly and helpful. Water and snacks provided, bags carried and always ready to answer questions. They even stored our bags after check out until we were ready for our train. Secure and simple. Location: Within walking (or short cab ride) distance of the Gateway to India, The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum and the Beach. Great spot to stay in Mumbai, although it does take a while to get to from the station/airport.
Fantastic Location Room size good But it's a heritage property Basic only Breakfast very basic , all other very basic , it has not in-house restaurant. Overall for 3.5-4 k per day it's worth
The hotel is not modern nor luxury but it is clean with big rooms and great staff at an amazing location. I will definitely come back here again.
Across the road is Marine drive. Great location. Great view from the balcony. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Prompt service. Courteous staff. Decently priced. Overall nice place to stay, especially if you are there on business.
Sea from Room is soothing and mesmerizing. Hotel building is of 1980's and gives essence of Bombay in Mumbai (Few people will understand this) Its safe place with reasonable rates at Marine Drive. Services are good. only draw back is only breakfast is available in Menu. For Lunch and Dinner you to order online or go out. Near to my office.
The hotel is an old building, with not so fancy interiors, but at the same time equipped with bare minimum necessary amenities. Staff was helping in nature. Price seems a bit hiked as compared to the facilities and decor. View from the balcony was nice, which was Marine Drive.. the see breeze was awesome. Did not get an option to select the location layout of my room on goibiobo though..

staffs are very helpful. we received a warm welcome. rooms are very neat and clean. Maintained very well. location is a bit interior,however near to airport. The only concern is non availability of lift and rooms are at second floor.
