The only plus point is location. In front of sea & away from hustle and bustle of nearby habitat. I would say it as sea facing guest house with swimming pool than resort. Rooms are clumsy with not working accessories. Entire view is spoiled by tonnes of cloaths kept for drying by other visitors and owners of the property has no objection to it...!!! Staff is cooperative but very limited, so there will be chaos always. It's not worth of money they are charging.

Location is awesome but I will not recommend this place to anyone. This property has lots of restrictions feels like we are staying in Boarding school. They don't serve food at room. Alcohol is strictly banned, Not even allowed at room. Also they don't provide any service at swimming pool. Giving 2 stars just because of good location
Rooms - Rooms are Ok Ok of this resort. Location - View is excellent from the resort. You can experience sea view from the room and swimming pool directly. Food - Food quality is not good. Everything is oily and spicy. No kids friendly menu. No live counter. No Chapati for dinner they will give you cold Maida roti. Service - Service is ok ok. Staff is not so friendly.
It is nice resort they owner and manager was very supportive please book in advance if you are looking for nice sty near murud beach then this is a best but we have a bad experience with room service people Otherwise our experience is quite good for test of food i will give 3 out of 5 Overall our experience was good with resort
Staple food was not available at the restaurant. The cutlery was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The meat was uncooked. And lastly it was very overpriced for what was ordered. Never visiting or recommending it to anyone in future.
Rooms are really good specifically sea side balcony ones. Service is also fast and good enough no complain over that. Beautiful location is the USP of this hotel. You get a peaceful environment along with good pool and box cricket/other play options. They have complimentary breakfast and dinner but I did not like the taste much. They should include more authentic/ local food and should allow alcohol which is restricted in this hotel. Overall good stay.
This is a gem. If ever coming anywhere near to this region. This one is a must stay place. The staff is friendly and the place is mind blowing. Santorini theme, beach side infinity pool, private beach with ample lighting and untouched cleanliness. A beautifully flowery decor everywhere. Nice big spaces to wander around and take good pictures. The manager is helpful and tries to help you for all demands. Rest I'll explain with pictures. Only feedback: Get the pool table fixed and the room windows cleaned.

The hotel is nice, situated just in front of the beach, offering a beautiful view from the window. The hotel manager is supportive. Unfortunately, when we visited, the restaurant was not working; however, there are many restaurants within 1 km.
Went with family (13 members) for 2 nights. Hardly a minute walk to beach from hotel. Restaurants are also nearby. Staff is very helpful and we all loved our staycation in Sawali Niwas.
One of the old temples in murud janjira...3 minutes walking distance from murud beach.. this place is near the police Station... koteswari mata is a gramdevata of murud janjira.. the temple is very attractive...this place is very peaceful..
Excellent accommodation and food. Room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of greenery inside the premises. Owner is very cooperative and friendly. A little far from the beach but otherwise exceptional!
Very nice place to visit and stay. The atmosphere in Mamachi wadi is very cool due to so many baanana tress and betel trees. We all enjoyed, also this place is good for photo shoot. Mama, we are coming again.
The food quality is amazing and price to quantity ratio is perfect. The location on the map is not accurate hence you need to ask around to get there.. If you are planning to visit Murud Janjira fort, you can stop here for lunch..

The beach is Great and not so deep. Calm sea with lots of water activities starting from Rs300 to Rs600 per person. But the beach is full of wet sand and you cannot find any dry sand patch, so no point in bringing sand toys for kids. A dolphin watchi
They maintain clean toilets and rooms. The staff are good. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. Food is tasty and hygienic. The owner is very kind and hardworking God bless him.
