In that gym, I get this Results very quickly within(10-20 days)I lost weight 14 kg because of He provided own supplement to us. In that protein we have many potential power,protein,minerals,etc,. This is the one of the best places in Madurai, if you planned to start the fitness. And trainer will guide and train you based on your body condition for all the exercises .Also he will analyse the mental stability first and assign the exercises based on that and makr mind and body to travel in same direction . And personally I noticed the changes in weight loss by 7 Kgs approximately, in 45 days provided not reducing the carbohydrates by taking full meals at noon . Well worth one !!

I got personal care and coaching. He trained individually everyone. He gives diet advise and motivate naturall body building. He train personal training plan for everyone. He train the persons based on his body condition and response. I am very much impressed of his training...
