I enjoy working out here. The trainer is friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of motivation and positive vibes inside the gym during workout. Easy to maintain consistency. For results - consistency is the key. Unless you enjoy the place that you workout its hard to be consistent. They have crossfit and zumba added to the list at additional cost but its worth a try P.S - don't expect high end equipments and they are on the way.

From fat to fit my journey started and moving on. Great gesture by my Trainer turned Friend Prithvi guiding and taking care in my day to day routine. Always giving positive gestures so that our mind will be in a steady state to hit the gym without fail. Glad to be part of this gym and highly recommend to my friends and colleagues. Best gym workout area, training in precise and well experienced, not like other gym the training schedule is based on the physical frame and and development rate - nutrition diet is monitored and tracked by the gym trainer for ever training cycle, value for the training by experienced trainers

I gained more weight as a result of working from home, and I had no idea about the gym. I went in knowing nothing about it, and the trainer(Rahmatullah) was so friendly. He taught me many new things and explained how to be fit and every time I forget or make a mistake, he teaches me again without hesitation.I was given the proper diet, and I can see the results of losing weight. If I have any questions, I contact the trainer(Rahmatullah), and he answers them the very next minute. The best possible training is provided.

A Gym which treats all the people equally and push everyone to achieve their goals. Unisex gym where girls can come without any fear to reduce your weight, body shaming or gain weight. Trainers give coach accordingly to your stamina and boost your energy to workout more.

Sculpt Gym at periyanaicken palayam is equipped with multi class fitness equipments for every level workouts. It's really worth for the cost we paid. The ambience is wonderful with quality trainers. I have no regrets joining sculpt. I liked it very much.
