My experience at Scoopy Scrub Gurdev nagar branch was beyond perfect. I sincerely thank you guys for grooming my very aggressive and anxious dog and handling him with so much patience. I highly recommend this place to everyone, they genuinely care for dogs and handle them with love. The owner of the place himself gave my dog a a face cut and calmed him down. Cannot thank you enough.
Bad behaviour with customers staff is not good.. my dog suffered from ear infection after grooming
Poor experience unprofessional staff and owner they charged 1800 take took our dog for grooming and told us to come after an hour so we did when we reached to pick our dog we saw his hair cut was not done so asked to do more trimming as his hair was uneven but lady on mobile the owner refused and said we have to pay another 1200 so looting people
The guy who think he owns the store was rude and useless. Had negative attitude 0 customer handling skills. Almost man handled our dog and wanted to charge extra 700 just to clear few hair knots. Got better and cheaper service at a bigger branded store nearby.
Poor experience don't go there that lady have is too much attitude and over charges I can't believe she take 1000 rupees for the bathing 1600 for cut that too much i recommended to all you don't go there take some time and do it in your home thank you
