ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE. Unprofessional staff. Not only is their staff untrained and unprofessional, they are also rude and untalented. I've been here for nail services 4 times and each time, the experience was horrendous. First off, they double book your time slot. They have just one nail professional who is able to do a decent job on your nails, but they double book your time each time so that the services you get are chaotic, rushed and thus, the outcome is never up to the mark, since there is another person who they have to offer service to in the same time slot . Plus more often than not, they are out of products including a majority of their nail colors, which then just means that you are paying the full amount for their services but neither getting the color of your choice nor the best quality of the extensions and services. Awful, awful place. Would highly recommend you to skip and look elsewhere!

Botox done 2.5 months back turned to ne disaster. My hairfall has also increased. KT shampoo and conditioner are also not worth buying. Staff is good but hair products used in my experience are not good. The same feedback one of my friends also has who did botoxafter my recommendations but even she is facing alot of hairfall.
I had my first experience today and it was really good. I did my nails and facial. My nails were done by Tanu and I'm in love with them!!! My facial, waxing was done by Shweta and she did a great job!!! Would recommend this place. Friendly staffs and nice service!
