This will be an honest review. I got my smoothening treatment done on 19.11.2022 , it was pretty good and hair looked awesome. The hairdresser name was Niloy. Later after 1-2wash I found some dent in my hair and complained about the same to Geeta who is the managing person at Scissors & Beyond, She booked an appointment for me to get my hair checked , senior hair stylist at the saloon checked my hair and explained that may be the reason behind the dent is the texture of hair(he said that sometimes people's hair doesn't align with the treatment) later suggested me to correct it by getting keratin treatment for which initially I was asked to pay but later on understanding my situation they offered Keratin with Zero Cost and I got my keratin treatment done in mid of December. I was suggested to use GK shampoo and Conditioner, Loreal serum. I also got hair spaa treatment there after 1 week of smoothening treatment. Cost : RS 5000(smoothening) Shampoo, conditioner, serum: RS 4200 Hair Spaa : RS 1500( I don't remember the exact amount for spaa, it was between 1200 to 1500) SUGGESTION : The hair stylist told me that one should not undergo hair spaa for 1-2months after smoothening , this was the reason he gave me for the dent in my hair. I would rate Scissors & Beyond as Good Saloon as the employees are very polite and cooperative. Hair feels better than before. It's been 1 and half months , hair seems to be okay. If you talk about satisfaction, I am a bit unsatisfied about my hair as it doesn't seem to be that straight and also not that shiny as I thought it would be after keratin but still it's better than before. My hair may look like I got highlights but it's natural color, I have never any color treatment on my hair. My friend had done hair smoothening from this salon. Believe me their service is very bad. They ruined her hair and instead of admitting their mistake , their professional were giving excuse that hair smoothening effect is different person to person. Inke salon pr Jane se acha h ki khud hi home remedy try kr le or local parlour ja kr treatment le le. Don't waste your money and time to this salon. You can see picture below. Her hair was much better before taking smoothening treatment from them.

Highly recommend. It was amazing experience. I took keratin and smoothening treatment. Ambience and staff is humble, polite and they understand your need. This salon is like a gem in Galleria market and have reasonable price.
They said me about smoothing and just damaged my hair. After three months my hair is as rough as it is and i dont feel like touching my hair any more. The chemical they have used it totally damaged my hair. I dont recommend anyone to go there for any type of chemical treatments.

They did Kerasmooth in my hairs. Totally disastrous experience. My hairs are damaged and destroyed badly. Don't go for any hair treatment there. Hairdresser name is Akash
Nice service and amazing experience. I took haircut from Rajeev and he has done an amazing job. I came here whenever I need any hair service. I had my highlights done by Rajeev in 2018 that was also really nice. He has done great job. Highly recommended.
