Worst ever experience. They don't have their phone number updated on google, that's the first thing. Coming next, they made me waited for about 45 minutes and no body informed that they have bookings for other people. So that shows they have management issues. Also, Only two guys were doing the jobs while there were nearly five seats in the lounge. So they have lack of staff members too. Evenmore, One of the staff members ,Nadeem said he has more than seven people in queue. The interesting part was nobody showed up at that moment. So, requested to get the hair cut done by that time but he didn't agree and showed inappropriate behaviour. So will rate them a big zero at overall customer service experience.
