Pg is good, every facility is here- food, wifi, attached washrooms, almirah. Price is also good
Scholar's PG owner is not good because before joining the pg i was told that the security fee taken as token amount would be refunded at the time when you will leave the pg but after one month when i am leaving the pg, the pg owner is saying that the security fee would be refunded only , if you would live for an year but he never told this at the time of joining and now he is not refunding my token fee taken as securiy fee. Scholar's PG condition is ok but not good like this-
Worst pg I have ever seen . When you book here , they talk very good but by some purpose if you want refund they talk very rudely & and not give you refund.And block your number.
Worst pg in the world .. they talk very rudely and when you want your money back that you gived him for booking they will talk you very rudely and also block your number without giving your refund .
Good for housing and all services are sufficient as per the charges. Can be modified to something better like providing geyser and tiled floor and a sense of security that is lagging. Food taste is also good on most days.
I had a very good experience at this scholar's PG. I have stayed for nearly 2.5 years. All the services provided here are excellent. I strongly recommend for students living nearby.
The reliable and affordable PG near Chandigarh University. My brother has stayed for almost 3 years. HIs experience was excellent. You must give it a try.
Lived here for sometime..Was fun livng here...It's not far from CU..One can walk or take auto-rikshaw.. Environment is good too. Peaceful nd Fresh air. They serve food too...There is a Gurudwara near this PG . Oh! nd there is small market near the PG, used to drink juice and eat burgers there.. 4 guys live in one room still, rent is bit higher for all the service they provide....
