Scholars park is a good quality boys hostel having double Sharing rooms and the annual hostel fees is around 110000/- Security is good Hostel rooms are little bit small but they are of good quality. Food is better as compared to other hostels. Van facility is also there to take you to the the university. Very near to the UPES Bidholi campus.
It offers a lot of variations in a budget range. But they need to work on their working environment... It's very pathetic and unhygienic. Food can be good some times but never choose a thali.. Aloo parantha and chicken is one of the best and affordable in their price range as compared to other restaurants.

Five Star is the best Hostel among all other's as they have very affordable price with an excellent service.There staff is very friendly & helpful.I will highly recommend this, As this is very close on minutes walk to UPES Dehradun campus as well.
