Been going to Scent for the last 8 years now and I have to say that my overall experience has been Lovely. The place is clean and well-maintained, not to mention stylish and inviting. I have always been welcomed with warmth and professionalism and that has only grown over the years. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. My stylist Deborah who is the only person I have trusted with my hair for the last 8 years is extremely good at her craft. She understands hair textures and always listens to what you want before making recommendations as per her expertise. Her warm nature will put you at ease instantly and leave you feeling pampered and fantastic. She truly has a gift for making people look and feel their best.

After visiting Scent Salon nervously for the first time two years ago, I was very impressed with their work and temperament. Now I'm a loyal customer of theirs. This was my first time visiting their Lavelle Road branch and I was very impressed. My stylist Deborah spent 5 hours on my hair colour and hair Botox, and she didn't fail to impress. In that time, I also saw the salon employees interacting with their regulars and it was a very friendly environment. Would definitely recommend their Salon and would visit again.

My visit to Scent Salon at Lavelle Road was an experience in itself. From the time that I walked in to the time I walked out. I was welcomed by the staff at Scent and was explained in detail about the spa treatments I can take. My stylist Lucy was such a jovial person and worked to give my hair the pampering that they missed. Every step was explained by her in detail. My hair feels much better and softer now. The ambience of the place is amazing, staff is friendly and there variety of options to choose from. Totally recommended!
