Nice flat. I have personally experience the life here. The owner is very smart by looks. NiCe family background. Behaviour is overall good. If they get larger space, they would be better. Falt is using latest technology, like paytm, swiggy, zomato etc.
The place is in the starting of Raj Nagar extension. Take metro upto Mohan Nagar and then some rickshaw or auto to reach there. Otherwise your own vehicle will do. Because of the starting you'd certainly miss the traffic jam caused there in the evening. It's a small society with little old construction. A very small gym, a small meeting room and a pond like swimming pool with very few rides for kids. Otherwise it's calm and neat. Security is good. Market is little far but manageable. There are 2bhk n 3bhk options for economical purchase..
Gated society with six towers named A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. It has a something like swimming pool which is of the size of a wide tank. This society has good open space and playing area for children. It has open gym in the park and a indoor gymnasium with adequate implements. Location is very optimum in the sense that it is not on the main road and at a walkable distance from the main road. The area is peaceful.
