I opted for SBV travels through redbus. I booked a force 13 seater via what you see is what you get option in redbus. It was exactly the same vehicle they gave me. I really feel happy about my travel experience, Not only me but my entire family members felt peaceful throughout the journey. Here are some good things: Driver name was Muruganandham. He was simply excellent. It was raining heavily, but still the driver managed to come just a little delayed. Initial time was 5AM, he came by around 5.20AM. Due to heavy rains he still managed to come from T.Nagar to Akkarai. Professional: The driver was wearing uniform and was groomed very well. Very professional in talk and had great helping attitude to get luggages arranged PROPERLY. Well maintained Vehicle: It was very clean no rain drop or dirt any where in the floor or in the seats. AC worked well. Audio and video systems were excellent with pre-loaded entertainment options. Simply modern and superb Driving skills: The driver was one of the few who i have met following traffic rules and lane discipline through out the journey. Absolutely no rash driving and we did not feel any shakes/jerks inside the vehicle. it was absolutely smooth Proactiveness: When we were about to reach salem, the AC was not working. But he managed to get that escalated and got it resolved in the next day without delaying us. Very co-operative: The driver managed to sleep in the van and our hotel could not offer him a driver room. But he managed with limited options that were available. No demanding for extra money. We offered some additional money as a compliment. He also provided additional information about SBV and the packages they offer which is very informative. Totally we were very happy about the trip and I would like to book SBV again for my next trip. Saw some negative reviews in google but my experience was excellent. Thanks to SBV!!!!!

Worst experience. Never ever book from this travel. We booked a resort for our team in Munnar one month prior. And when we reached there we got to know that resort is not booked, that day they were telling us that money was refunded by the resort people and now we have no place for you. They shifted us in some local lodge and then second night they asked us to vacate 4 rooms from the lodge. I mean seriously how can someone do like that just to eat up all the money? And on top of that they asked us remaining money otherwise will file a complaint in police station. Guys plz dont book from these people if you dont wanna stay on road.

This is frightening experience i have seen in my life.We have planned it for 3 months and he have not planned anything. We have Planned for Hotel stay but he changed to home stay . The home Stay in coorg is very worst in my life even a hut is better than the Flora home stay. I Don't know its a home or jungle we have seen insects all round the home.If u have any plans for this travels kindly reconsider your decision or else your friends and family will spit on your face

Don't book from them if you want your money to be utilized properly. I faced the worst situation with them. Almost had to sleep on road because they didnt book the resort for us and took money in advance. The place where they accommodated us, the staff there was so rude that if you ask for even water they will show angry face and start blabbering. The owner there was fighting with us that because of you we have to do this end time arrangements, although we paid one month before and asked for a nice resort. Don't go ever through these people.

SBV TRAVELS Excellent service and planning. We went for a round trip rameshwaram, kanyakumari, madurai & kodaikanal. Vehicle & Hotel Accommodation are excellent. We have stayed in peal residency @ rameshwaram. Beautiful seaview @ kanyakumari. Overall my family enjoyed the trip.

One of the worst experience I ever had. I have booked for 13 members for mysore-coorg package three months prior. The way they talked after my initial payment was like rude. Not customer friendly. Coorg home stay "FLORA HOMES" is worst than hut. Totally my new year plan was collapsed.

Where you can get customised tour arrangements@ best price. Mr. Venkatesh, is a good organizer and very cooperative to the customer. They are having tie-ups with large number of Hotels. The hotels they are having tie-ups are really unique and outstanding. Their tour plan will be very patronising. In total it's nice to have Sri Balavinayagar travels as your tour organizer.

We are 10 people. Chennai city tour excellent arrangements. Very good Tempo traveller vehicle. Polite driver. Enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Sbv travels.
