Amazing experience. Never expected that i will go to branch. But my experience was good. Branch manager Mr Wankhede and staff Naina solved all my issues related to home loan and bank account, very patiently and professionally.
Staff are not professional, Not responding properly, Lunch timing is 1:30PM to 2:00 PM
Branch Manager Ranjeet Sinha and staff are very unprofessional.. Not technical savvy team..always behaving very rude to customers. Shweta madam is very pathetic and ready to give excuses for not supporting.. Branch manager treat to customers like he is the superior and customer is garbage for him..if asks any help to him he directly send to his Timepass employees to kill the customer time and result is zero..BM Ranjit Sinha always saying I am getting my salary if customer is there are not who cares..and ask if you want to complain u can complain it doesn't affect my performance I don't know how their bosses treat him and tolerate this Branch Manager..He him self doesn't know how to pen internet banking of current account... very pathetic..Attitude of every staff is very rude because of their business Manager literally I guess they are laughing at customer's problem typically enjoys customers pain points...

Worst staff typical sbi bank. For friday i am trying to open bank account and now its monday still then say today we cannot open bank account because account opener is on leave. Too much crowded and all staff work like sloth. I request bank manager to improve its quality and speed.
Third class bank in whole Nagpur. I came there 3-4 times in 2 weeks for bank passbook front page printing and for barcode . But every time there reasons are barcode not available. Staff members not present Printer not working. etc...etc .. I think this is One of the third class branch in whole Nagpur.
Staff not supporting for any query or work related assistant. Most of the time server down issue with this bank, I think must prefer the Bank of Baroda in Manish nagar.
