Typical govt ofc. They made us sit for an hour just to give receiving which would have taken 2 min. Upon asking a query... They gave us document to read it ourselves. 3 STARs because that is what was expected.

My experience was good... Help to close policy in 20 minutes

One of the 3rd class Insurance company office , There is front desk lady staff ,she don't have a common sense to how to talk with customer ,and their branch manager is null , along with a Senior lady also Engage in Watching reel on mobile ,but not replying to people , kabhi kabhi lagta hain Vijay mallya & Nirav modi Sahi kar ke Gaya inke sath

Giving 1star as I don't have option to give rating in minus... absolute third class ladies staff...no manners to speak with senior citizens...if we visit along with parents to communicate on their behalf they insult us saying we will only speak to policy holders and u can't get inside the office and ridiculous stuff...SBI need to look after the way they are serving their customers..you shouldn't forget you are working for the well being of your customers and they are not beggars asking for Penny..very poor

Third class ladies staff. When we tried asking queries they directly said they won't resolve the queries. When they want to sell any scheme they will speak very sweetly until it is sold ..once they take money from us, they won't entertain anymore... absolutely rubish behaviour...they might need more number of security guards because if they don't leave this approach one day surely they will have it from one of the frustrated customer. Very disappointing SBI

2 star only for the office assistant who helped for all process other wise staff is like rude in fact too rude to handle the process, it was like very pathetic experience to be there. the lady on main counter don't want to work and she was too rude.

Very very third class lady staff in SBI Life Akurdi branch ..non supportive and talk with us through assistant ...hopesless and mannersless lady on customer desk . no knowledge at all ....if you don't want to provide info n proper guide to customers ..why are you sitting their ..better you go to home....non professional.....

inspite being a day of weekly off, Tripti Madam helped me.She is very polite and helpful and solved our concern. Earlier also whenever i visited,staff are professional and helpful.
