I have been waiting for TDS certificate for more than 1 year visited this office 2 months they promised me saying that it will be given in one week now I have been calling them every as alternate days and no response from them on some days they are avoiding my calls. My other request I have submitted a letter for address change and still that request not done it's two months now when I follow same response they are avoiding me. Pls can anyone help me how do I go further. TDS couldn't b extracted online due to various other reasons already tried several times that's the reson I visited Ambattur branch however the staff in this branch are very arrogant and rude. I am not sure how to get this now and whom to contact. Pls help
Tmining is incorrect. Correct Start time is 9:45am but generally staff come by 10am . So plan accordingly. I given address change request to branch but they missed and 2nd time I given.Very poor customer service. They are only working on creating new policies and not for continuation.
Least helpful people's! It's not the problem of branch! It's problem of government sector entity.
The staff were very cordial especially the Divisional Manager.
I finished housing loan dues before my policy expires. I submit the Housing Loan insurance original certificate alongwith sbi loan completion certificate 8 months before at Ambattur insurance branch . In the meantime i call several time, but no response, till date no one is give the insurance details. I am very disturb. worst condition going on that branch.
