Good service and nice talking to customer I have a great experience this branch

Went there for surrender of policy taken for mu daughter home loan closed . It is In the second floor and you need to climb to mezzanine level for the lifts . The steps are bit steep to climb. There were 3 service providers and one in the middle took the documents verified and gave the surrender value . But said I need to get 2 more of their forms filled . She bunched the the documents in certain order and put the form.to be filled and stapled and gave me . I returned to their office in the afternoon with firms filled she filled up the places that were not filled and gave an acknowledgement and said the amount will be credited in 10 working days . The service was prompt and courteous

Very professional service, Divya madam explained the process well and completed our request in 10 mins, office is well maintained and staff are responsive. Had very bad experience in kormangala branch, but here in jp nagar the process was very smooth

Had visited their office to redeem my policy. Must say the staff was very efficient. Cleared any doubts and explained me the value of my policy without any complicated terms. Took my request within no time and within two days the amount was credited to my account

horrible service and no response from any of the staff despite my submitting the documents 4 years ago. nobody is picking the phone too. absolutely irresponsible.

Giving it 4 bcoz i had very little expectations w.r.t the SBI as its name but was surprised with quick work.
