Actually visited Administrative office situated just behind SBI Main branch. Its a cosy and posh area with exceptional interiors and neatly maintained. Reached 2nd floor and conpleted the work qithin notime. Returned immediately after completion of my work. Had a good meal in their canteen which is in between branch and AO.

Commercial Main Branch of SBI is very Famous easy noted area of Landmark,Beside Nagarampalem Modern police stationgood service maintain with well disiplained staff,specious Bank, outside ATM machines having 3 Money Diposited Machine's and 3- Money withdraw Machine's are available also very big Entrance and Exist Area, different sections are there i.e.,yono, Lones and Credits, Passbook printing,enquiry help desk,demand drafts, deposit &withdraw,digital check's deposits, RTGS, NEFT,Approving sections are there individual helping customer's need's,central air conditioning system, digital &voice calling token service System for customer's, washrooms available,for customer's support well organized CCTV & security by the Branch, purified drinking water facility here, huge spacious parking maintained with greenary area for 2+4& heavy vehicles.

A unique branch of SBI located in its own building. SBI Main branch Guntur is located very near District Collector's Office, beside Disha Police Station. It is a very huge branch with all the facilities, including FOREX,. This branch has been running since 27-01-1895( British Rule). This branch is also a representative (only for cash purposes)of RBI in the District. Behind the branch is SBI Administrative office which takes care of 250 branches which are located all over the combined Guntur district and Prakasham District.

Very worest service from this branch. Siplly they are Saying wait for some time. I waited to close the gold loan nearly 4 hours. After completion of payment also they took nearly 3 hours to handover the gold. Saying simple we have work

Staff are very negligent Very bad experience. I didn't get information about my cc blockage, They are telling the staff person is in leave

My first ever bank account was with SBI, I believe that is the reason why I am still with them but not anymore. My mother who is in her mid late 40s was having issue with my Father's credit card. They had visited this branch several times over the past 9 months to fix the ongoing issue with their credit card. And, this staff Mr. Suresh of SBI had the audacity to advice my Mother to reach out the customer support with heaps of arrogance and attitude. Not everyone is good with technology, checking emails, or using all the features of smart phone especially people of my parents age. The staff who are in customer facing role should have basic manners which Mr. Suresh lacked every bit. The services of this organization have been degrading day my day, there are some amazing banking organisations which are way ahead of SBI in terms of service and training their staff to provide basic service. A huge shout out to HDFC, you guys rock. Learn something from them.

I know this SBI branch for the last 60+ years built in a typical classical architecture exclusive to a financial institution. Now it looks too crowded and you are like in the middle of a sea.

They are not accepting soiled/mutilated notes and irresponsible staff
