The security policy of the SBI MF website is quite un-friendly & cumbersome in the event of password forgotten for retail investors while attempting logging in from mobile Safari browser. The two alternatives to password forgotten for login are with OTP on email or login with Google account. Both options have not worked over the past three hours. The website designers need to put in a bit of hard and diligent work, so make it more friendly, consistent & yet safe. Hopefully this disappointing & unsatisfactory website experience shall not repeat . I have saved the screenshots in case interested as I could not find a way to upload here.
Excellent and well served. Thanx to specially to lady officer Ms. Gulafsha Parveen. Never experienced this kind of help by customer service desk in any other offices. SBI must keep this as asset. Foot note: NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN MORE. God bless her.
The phone number listed does not exist. Did not go there. Just trying to enquire some details. Update: I was able to create folios and start SIP for Kids. So I didn't have to go there.
Visited a sbi mutual fund,Met with gulafsha Parveen her interaction is so good, she is very humble , talking skills were nice and neatly conveyed the work which we had. Processing were good.

The lady in the front office was the most courteous and professional banker I ever interacted with. Reached the office 5 minutes before closing, but was received patiently. I was promptly instructed on filling necessary forms, receipt given and funds debited within 3 working days. Five star service!!!
It was a great honour and privilege to meet Gulafsha Parveen at reception counter, So cordial and Good Service by here, She guided me in the process of redemption of sbi mutual fund from demat account to rematerialised form and also shared here thoughts and ideas on better ways of Investments, Thank you for your hospitality and generosity....!
