Too crowded at most days and there is not even a place to fill your forms comfortably. I hope our banks change their infrastructure and make it more customer friendly with better space for sitting and also a play area for kids too as I have seen it abroad in places like Australia. It's time we change our thinking and be more creative.

Never attend phone call, every time we need to go to bank to solve any query. Query is never solved one time, Largest bank in India with lot of problems in service to customers

Very poor service offered from sbi dombivli west branch employees.bank is good but the services offered to the customer by sbi employees need to be improved.very very poor.please take a toll after reading this if branch manager is reading.so many account opening lead come on day to day basis knowing the banks name but seeing service get disappointed.person visit from one window to another with confusion.noone guides better.i suffered same.my 2 hrs +gone and account opening is also not done.now called after 4 days.processes needs to be communicated properly.peon explains account opening procedure.with half knowlege.yono app is not properly utilised.no guidance.

Typical SBI Branch!!!!!! Just for updation of mobile number they took around 2hrs and made me stand in line in 4 different counters for that.

kyc updation done in a hour, two counters good experience

WORST staff ,they go to eat lunch for more than 1 hour , uncoordinated staff ,for one single bank account opening it is taking so much time ,SBI YONO app doesnt work properly ,you cannot open account without the app online video kyc ,using YONO app is waste of time ,this bank is a waste of time . If you want to open bank account go to Bank Of Baroda they will do it faster than SBI bank ,this bank is a shame to this country. While leaving the bank I am seeing staff is talking on the phone outside the bank, staff should be monitored ,people are waiting in line while staff is outside talking and laughing on the phone.

Too much waiting. Long lines. Overloaded staff. no proper information is given. Rude staff. Something must be done to improve situation. Manager Saumya is not at all approachable . Manager doesn't care about customer complaints.

No social distancing, people don't care about current situation, I want to complete my work, why are you asking to wear mask, who are you to ask... these are the reactions from public in bank. No action been taken by security, bank staff and so. Say like for pas book entry, people stick around each other and no social distancing. As per government rules we need to abide rules and regulations but NO I will not do such kind of attitude we have... Same attitude is done by youngsters by looking senior people doing like this. Requesting public to please abide rules or else it would be issue for everyone. Note: this is my personal experience and please don't get offended.
